BCCS Statement and Prayer Request
Monday, August 15,, towards the end of soccer practice at Brush Creek Park, BCCS Sophomore Sam Dickson collapsed during a break in a drill. First aid was summoned and arrived quickly. Sam was transported to Ellwood City Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Naturally we are in shock and grief over this event, but along with his parents, we rejoice in Sam's vibrant faith and deep commitment to Christ. We grieve, but not as those "who have no hope", as we read in 1 Thessalonians 4:13. Please join us in prayer for the Dickson family.
