The information below describes the BCCS receipt policy, effective August 1, 2011.

Receipts will be issued within 30 days for all gifts of $250 or greater.

Receipts will be issued by January 31 for all gifts received the previous year amounting to $50 or greater.

Applies to individual gifts and combined gifts per donor.
Any donor needing a receipt for giving that does not meet aforementioned criteria may request a receipt by calling the Merriman Campus.
Any donor who is interested may receive electronic receipts via email for gifts of any amount.
Any donor who relies on remittance envelopes may receive them in whatever quantity they request, up to a maximum of 25.
